Service
Werkstätten heating-systems GmbH is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to find solutions. In decentralised recycling with rotary tube technology, we undertake the complete assembly and commissioning to ensure a smooth start. Even after the start of a project, we stay on the ball. If required, our own fitters or affiliated service companies will be on site quickly to carry out repairs and replace spare parts.
Furthermore, we offer continuous monitoring and optimisation of the boiler operation via an Internet connection, e.g. when using new biomass fuels. No customers are left alone with their rotary boiler – that is our unequivocal philosophy. As a Werkstätten Group company, we use synergies and profit from the combined experience of many decades. We maintain our high standards 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
